Bloc Party have announced to fans on Twitter that they will be hosting a last minute gig in London…

 

The free performance will celebrate the band reaching number one in the mid-week album chart with their new album Four.

Bloc Party tweeted yesterday:

“We just found out we are Number 1 on the midweek chart. We want to celebrate! Anyone up for a gig in London tomorrow night?

“Birthdays! London N16! Tomo! Free and first come first serve. 7:30 doors. 8:30 show.”

Four is the first album release after the bandís two-year break.
