Despite having just completed the European leg of his Watch The Throne tour with fellow rap superstar Kanye West, Jay-Z shows no signs of slowing down as he has just announced the dates for his upcoming concerts at the Barclays Centre…
The 42-year-old plans to put on three shows at the arena on September 28, 29 and 30 and he won’t be alone. Although the special guest line-up is yet to be confirmed, fans can expect to be in for a star studded night as it is rumoured that there will be appearances from Roc Nation artists as well as a number of Jay-Z’s industry friends.
The Barclays Centre is home to the Brooklyn Nets basketball team, who are also co-owned by Jay. The rapper is said to be planning to open a franchise of his 40/40 club at the new arena too and intends to host more concerts there in the future.
If you’re lucky enough to be able to book a flight to America in September, tickets for the show go on sale on 13 July and start at $30.
