Q: Tell us about your character, Tango

DC: Tango’s an undercover cop who’s working with this crew out of Brooklyn – drug dealers, criminals, gangsters.  He is kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place because his boy who he’s close with who actually protected him and took care of him in jail, Caz (WESLEY SNIPES) becomes the main target of their investigation.

Q: What drew you to BROOKLYN’S FINEST?

DC: It just seemed like a pretty interesting story interwoven between these three different cops and how they need to deal with their different situations.  I just thought it was pretty interesting and it had a real authenticity I thought.

Q: How has it been working with Wesley Snipes?

DC: We had a really good time.  We shot a scene today, just he and I, in a car. Sit there and talk, just about two men discussing their fate and where they are.  Wesley is a real actor so we have fun.

Q: And working with Antoine Fuqua?

DC: This has been a whole brand new thing and working in Brooklyn and in the projects, I am glad we were able to pull that off.  I think Antoine’s eye for detail and authenticity really helps to bring this stuff alive.
